ExBox Group Training

This is a high intensity, high cardio boxing session. You will box with a partner using gloves and pads and deliver a range of upper body exercises, whilst incorporating squats and abdominal exercises too. This session is a fantastic workout for your upper body, but does genuinely hit all muscle groups. No previous experience is needed. Suitable for all levels of fitness.  All equipment is provided.

TotalEx Group Training

This is a high impact weights session that hits your total body and uses Dumbbells to tone & strengthen all muscle groups.  This is session does exactly what it says on the tin – its a Total Exercise session.  We make sure we cover off all muscle groups in the hour and the level of intensity is determined by the weights that you use.  No previous experience is needed and this session is suitable for those that have a generally good levels of fitness.  All equipment is provided.

TRX Suspension Training

Suspension Training exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. By using official TRX straps to leverage gravity, your body becomes your weights and it will enable you to burn fat, build strength and improve your heart health. No other weights or equipment is involved. It is just you and your TRX Strap. No previous experience is required and all TRX Straps are provided.
