In this initial meeting we will identify your goals and talk candidly about the barriers that have prevented you from being able to achieve or maintain these in the past. It will give you a chance to suss me out and determine whether you want to work with me. At this meeting I will also be completely honest with you and share with you what I need from clients if they are to work with me.

If we agree that we want to move forward then your journey will begin.

We all need a little help with exercise sometimes.  It might be that you are just starting out on a new journey in respect of your health and fitness or that you’ve been exercising for a long time but find that you are not achieving the results we want.

As your personal trainer I will work with you on an individual basis to achieve the results YOU want. There are NO contracts that lock you in for long periods of time at high cost… the decision when to start and stop our sessions lies with you.  You can either book a block of sessions or pay as you go on a monthly basis. Either way the decision to stop the training is completely in your control.

Sessions will take place at a place and time that is convenient to you – it’s about you finding a NuYou! Wherever you are on your exercise journey, I may be just what you need to take it to the next level.

NuYou2 Classes

My classes are different. Why? Because they combine the fun of working out with other people whilst ensuring that you still receive individual attention. Classes in the NuYou2 fitness suite are limited to 8 people. Small group sizes mean you can have fun working out with others and get a more personalised input from me that provides the type of support that would normally come from 1-2-1 training.

Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. Via the use of Suspension Training ropes it enables the user to use their own body weight to complete 100s of exercises.  This is a highly effective and challenging training method and the degree of intensity is completely controlled by you.  Some basic fitness level is required albeit this is suitable for all levels.

Total body workout using dumbbells/body weight.
Low intensity but high impact. Focuses on toning muscles and improving the shape of arms, legs and abs.

Want to try Personal Training but can’t afford the commitment? Then a Personal NuYou2 programme is what you need. Combining Personal Training sessions with classes to create the perfect package. Within a one month period you have the flexibility to switch between Personal Training sessions and any of the classes that are available. This will allow you to retain the fun and social element of your workouts by attending classes, focus your exercise through the Personal Training sessions to achieve your specific goals, and keep the cost to suit your budget. No other gym offers you the this degree of flexibility. The frequency of Personal Training sessions and classes can be tailored to suit your budget and your needs.

All 1-2-1 Training sessions and classes are delivered in the private NuYou2 Fitness Suite, located at the southern end of the BP Petrol Station site, Station Road, Bluntisham PE28 3PA.

There is parking on site and additional parking on the northern side of Station Road.

My private fitness suite provides the right environment for you to train and all the equipment you need will be provided for you.

All you need to bring is your motivation to succeed and to start the journey to find the NuYou!


Experience the exhilaration of the natural elements of our planet when you train. Cycling or running against the wind increases resistance, or use the natural slope of a hill to increase the intensity or a workout.


If you would rather begin the journey to finding a NuYou in the environment of your own home then this can be done! There are plenty of exercises that can be performed within this environment and which will challenge and progress your fitness.


If you currently pay for a gym membership, then subject to the agreement of your gym, this can provide us with the environment from which you can start your NuYou journey.

You may have undertaken many exercise classes in the past, run or jogged for years, but still find it hard to lose that excess body fat and get rid of those wobbly bits!

Many people don’t think about doing resistance training because they have a preconceived idea that it will bulk them up and make them bigger, but this could not be further from the truth. A combined and carefully structured programme of cardio and weights and healthy plans will deliver the transformation that you seek.
