Our Relationship With Food

When it comes to food then most of us would agree that what we eat is a direct reflection of how we feel. Food can be delicious, but equally our mood and our emotions can determine how reactive our taste buds are.

We all need food to survive and food is our fuel.  To understand about Nutrition, is to understand what sort of food your body needs, how much it needs and how it breaks down, changes and uses what you put in it.
